PCC Gerry Albert was appointed to cover all of the Province of Quebec as well as the Maritimes with the exception of the Province of Newfoundland . Past District Governor Donat Frechette was released of his position as Special Extension Representative by Lions International.

 

Note: After this Convention in Montreal it was unanimously agreed that no future Multiple District "A" Conventions should be held in that City or in Toronto as they were too vast and too expensive.
