My personal thoughts are with the Lions of Peterborough area regarding the loss of one of their finest, PDG Mark Cornish.

Below are details of his funeral in Hamilton:

Marlott Funeral Home, 195 King Street West, Dundas.
Funeral to be held at 12 noon Friday Nov 30th at the home.

Although A711 were asked to conduct a Lions Memorial service prior to the funeral tomorrow, after speaking with various Hamilton Lions as well as Lion Mark's daughter, Diane, it was felt more appropriate that such a service be organised and held in Lion Mark's home club, East Peterborough. This would also give a little more time for Lions across the MDA to respond and attend.

Although I didn't personally know Lion Mark, I have heard of his fine reputation across several Districts. He has left great memories with many.

IPDG Paul Baker, A711
